About

Meet Alegramus.

Illustration: Meet Alegrmaus

He’s nothing less than the greatest Wizard of Wigolia. While he won’t tell us his age, our estimates put him at over 150 years old.

Don’t be deceived by his oldness, however - Alegramus knows how to use a computer and he has completely mastered the union of nature and technology. He loves sharing people’s stories - great ideas, magnificent artwork, and fantastic experiences that make people’s lives easier and allow each of us to be more in touch with ourselves, each other, and the world around us.

Alegramus is not only a wizard, but a teacher and artist who is always ready for another adventure.

Story

Wigolia Design’s beginnings can be traced back to a small country town in Pennsylvania and a busy city in New Jersey. While Scott was busy drawing trees and running around in the grass, Joe was holed up in his basement trying to figure out how to use design programs.

At some point, the two switched and Scott started studying design and learning to program while Joe worked on his drawing skills. This continued for several years, until one day the two met up in a New York City cafe.

They were talking about life and the etherial beauty of existence, which eventually led into the topic of goal setting. After a bit of chit chat they realized their goals were similar: Scott wanted to do freelance web design for creative minds and Joe wanted to do freelance print design for the same types of people.

“We should work together,” one of them said (to this day we still forget who suggested it) - and Wigolia Design was born.

Over the course of the following months Scott and Joe worked everywhere, including coffee shops, lounges, on the subway, in the park, and anywhere else their laptops and voices would work.

Welcome to the Land of Wigolia, where everyone is a wizard and there’s always an adventure to be had.

Even though he grew up next to a horse farm surrounded by green grass and trees, his love for art, technology and the lure of the big city couldn't be abated. He has since wandered away from the country lands, and can be found walking the streets of New York City looking for any trees that he can find.

When he was a child a bee stung him on the back of his ear - since then bee-less cities have been his preference. Every now and then he wanders into the wild with some food and a tent to experience the grandeur of Earth. These trips are always enlightening, but occasionally cut short by a visit from a bee or two.
